“She saw what she wanted to see in order to break free.”
She doesn’t view things as others you see. She decided to take her eyes off the things drowning her mentally. She changed her perception and found peace in a world filled with chaos and disbelief, making it a place where she could stay until it was time for her to rest in peace.

She only saw beauty in a world filled with ugliness.
She only saw the light in a world filled with darkness.
She only saw hope in a hopeless place.
She only saw the best in others when others saw the worst in them.
She only saw faith in a world that seemed faithless.
She only saw what actions to take instead of pointing fingers.
She only saw the glass full, while others saw it half empty.
She only saw the rainbow instead of the constant rain.
She only saw the good in humanity, while others saw the bad.
She saw what she wanted to see to make her place on Earth a little more bearable as she clung to the belief that there was so much more to this place than the ugliness she had to shield her eyes from before it consumed her like it had done so many others.
