It was something that came to me easily in the past, but somehow, it slipped away when I wasn’t paying attention,

I neglected the one thing I needed to be close to you.

How could I build a relationship with you without it?

I had to look deep within to find my faith,

It was what was missing.

I needed it in order to start again with you leading the way.

How can I navigate the next steps without its presence?

How can I fight for tomorrow when the one thing I need the most is gone?

I called out to Him, but He seemed to be quiet,

I must find you Hope if I wish to thrive.
