Don’t take your eyes off Jesus, for He is the only one to see us through.
“Repentance.”
The world is crying,
while destruction is taking place.
Mayhem is here, knocking everything it touches down.
Natural disasters are occurring everywhere, leaving people distraught.
Some end in death.
A house divided can not stand.
Yet, division is leading the charge.
Everything seems like it’s at an all-time high, even the death of loved ones.
Chaos instead of leadership is running this country,
and dictatorship appears to be on the rise.
What has become of this world?
Some mock Jesus and disrespect His name.
Yet, He is the only one who can save us all.
Why don’t you confess your sins to Him, repent, and turn away from your sinful lifestyle?
Why blame Him for all the things happening when He has given you free will?
Some chose this wrath, and now it’s knocking at your front door.
You never thought it could happen to you, but now you see that’s not the truth.
My only hope is for you to repent and confess Christ, and to my brothers and sisters of Christ, hold on.
We must endure until He calls us home or until His return.
“My Savior”
A new day filled with hopes and dreams as the world spins.
You may ask how I can hope in such a time as this, and my reply is that I know who my Savior is.
His name is Jesus
He is the King of Kings.
No matter what’s happening around me, He is there to guide me through all the heartbreak, confusion, and loss as I keep my eyes focused on Him.
I choose to trust in Him, knowing it’s not over.
It’s only the beginning, as the world keeps on spinning.
