It’s Time

Embracing the journey ahead.

The door is open.

What lies ahead?

It is unknown to me.

I’m not fearful because my Father walks ahead of me.

I will have to say goodbye to a lot of people.

People I love profoundly, but I’m afraid they can’t go on this next journey with me.

As I prepare to say my goodbyes,

I will carry every memory of the time spent.

Every moment taught me a lesson.

A lesson that has prepared me for what’s ahead.

I am no longer the girl of my past but a woman on a mission.

A new creation in Christ.

The old things have passed away, and now the new things are upon me.

This journey is only the beginning; every step brings me closer to my destiny.
