How a mustard seed of faith carried me through a battle no one else could see
There are moments in life when the battles we face are invisible to everyone around us. No one hears the internal struggle, and no one sees the weight pressing against your spirit. Yet, the fight is real, and the exhaustion runs deep.
I found myself in one of those seasons, holding on with everything I had while fighting a battle no one could see. It wasn’t a physical war, but it felt just as intense. Every day required strength I wasn’t sure I still had.
At one point, all I had left was a mustard seed of faith. It didn’t feel like enough, and it didn’t look like enough, but deep down, I knew that if I held onto that tiny seed, it would be enough to carry me through. God never asks for perfection—just faith, even in its smallest form.
Defeat was not an option for me. I had already lost too much to even consider surrender. There was still a glimpse of light ahead, and I refused to turn back when I had come this far.
So instead of giving up, I made a decision to plant that seed of faith deep within me. I laced up my boots and made up my mind that I would no longer be moved by fear, doubt, or the lies of the enemy. I reminded myself of what I already knew: God had equipped me with everything I needed to overcome.
I picked up my sword—my faith, my prayers, and my trust in Him—and called on my Heavenly Father. In that moment, something shifted. I realized I was never fighting alone. Heaven stood behind me, strength rose within me, and the version of me that once felt weak began to rise as the warrior God created me to be.
Victory was no longer something I was hoping for—it was something I knew. Step by step, I moved forward with confidence, not because the battle disappeared, but because my perspective changed. I understood that the outcome was already determined. God had already gone before me.
The battle may have been unseen, but the victory was undeniable, and with Him on my side, defeat was never an option.
If you’re in a season where the battle feels invisible, hold onto your faith—no matter how small it feels. God is already working on your behalf.
