Just because God brought you into your Promised Land doesn’t mean the fight is over.

Sometimes we assume that once God finally moves us into the place He promised, the load will become lighter and everything will suddenly fall into place.

But that’s not what happened for the Israelites.

They made it into the Promised Land, but there were still giants to face, battles to fight, and territory to possess.

And sometimes, that’s exactly what happens when God moves us into a new season.

The promise is real, but so is the process.

God can open the door, but you still have to walk through it.
He can give you the territory, but you still have to possess it.
He can bring you into the new season, but you still have to fight for what He placed there for you.

So don’t become discouraged because there is still work to do.

The opposition doesn’t mean you missed God. The battle doesn’t mean you’re in the wrong place. Sometimes the battle is confirmation that you have finally arrived where God told you to go.

Keep fighting.
Keep believing.
Keep obeying.
Keep moving forward.

You didn’t come this far to turn around now. Your Promised Land is worth the fight.
